Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of These)

Still in an MTV state of mind here at Last Night A DJ Saved My Life. The folks over at MTV.com have complied a music video yearbook of sorts. Click on a year starting with 1981 and ending with 2005 and you get a list of the videos that were all the rage for that given year. 1984 was the year I was brought into this world, and the videos from that year ain't too shabby. Check it out:

Madonna/Borderline
Eurthymics/Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of These)
Eurthymics/Here Comes The Rain Again
The Cars/You Might Think
The Pretenders/Middle Of The Road
Van Halen/Jump
ZZ Top/Legs
Prince/Let's Go Crazy
Cyndi Lauper/Time After Time
Depeche Mode/People Are People
Twisted Sister/We're Not Gonna Take It
ZZ Top/Sharp Dressed Man
David Bowie/China Girl
Donna Summer/She Works Hard For The Money
Ian Hunter/All The Good Ones Are Taken
Neil Young/Wonderin
Huey Lewis/I Want A New Drug
Kiss/All Hell's Breakin' Loose
Wang Chung/Dance Hall Days
U2/Pride(In The Name Of Love)
Frankie Goes To Hollywood/Relax
Billy Joel/Uptown Girl
John Mellencamp/Pink Houses

Check it out. You have the option of viewing the video if you want to which is nice. [Although if it is MTV Overdrive many a request to get your view on could be turned down.]It's also interesting to see the evolution(?) of music videos from 1981 to now.
