A Heatwave hits Springfield. Groundskeeper Willie hits the roof of Springfield to check the air conditioner providing much needed relief from the heat. Maybe a little too much, prompting Groundskeeper Willie to say the following:
"[Wow] We're wasting more energy than Ricky Martin's girlfriend."
