Aight.

So a few Sundays back I was hungover as FUCK [Surprise, Surprise]! Alone I
laid on the couch surprised that I was on IT and not my bed. What I needed was to turn on the television, find a marathon of something [cause a DVD would be too much work] and coast...Unfortunately I found myself stuck in a 1000 channels, jack shit to watch situation. That is until I stumbled upon MTV2 on my tv dial. Sucker Free Countdown hosted by Shwayze. Hmm. [Shrugged shoulders] Viewing this can't hurt right?

Right.

Maybe it was the state I was in. Maybe it was my laziness. Maybe I'm just too damn gullibleat times. I don't know. Whatever. But I was sucked in to this countdown, captivated even. There was shit to giggle at, shit to bob ya head to, and, like always, shit that makes your scalp itch. [Or as my Bigmama would say, "make ya ass itch!"] And this video in particular. Man. It stuck around in my life for a few days like a bad habit, plaguing me. I wanted to post this video so bad and "spread the wealth with the rest of y'all", but, unfortunately, though I had sat through the entire video, I had not caught the artist or the name of the track. [Good looking out MTV. Seriously. I suppose since I'm young, gifted, Black, and in the know, I'm supposed to just know what this is?] I even went online, typing in what I thought were lyrics with the word lyrics attached and nothing. Hit up my favorite blogs, Youtube,... Nothing.

And then I turned to 106 & Park a few minutes ago and guess who cracked the top ten today with a remix version of the video that caught my eye and plagued me so? SHAWTY LO! [Thank you BET. I'd knew you'd come through for a brotha.]

So yeah, here it is a few weeks too late.
