Bloc Party, The Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, The Killers, The Hives, The Bravery, The Cribs, Razorlight. (?) Yeah, I gobbled up all those albums when it was fashionable to do so. [I am sure I left out many more who were on the bandwagon] In fact, some of those bands have become favorites of mine and even managed to wheel me back in when a second or third album dropped. Oh yeah, the "return" of that garage/new-wave/lo-fi/angular guitar driven period was good times. I'm reminded of all that when I listen to this:
